Website content is not a substitute for an onsite inspection, machine-specific engineering review, OEM documentation, formal risk assessment, written quotation or executed service agreement.

3. Machine Safety and Technical Work

Industrial machinery can cause severe injury, death and property damage. Only qualified personnel should inspect, troubleshoot, install, operate or repair machinery. Appropriate lockout/tagout, electrical safety, hydraulic safety, guarding and facility procedures must be followed.

Do not bypass guards, interlocks, emergency stops, safety controls or other protective devices based on general website information. Machine-specific conditions, local requirements, applicable standards and the complete safeguarding system must be evaluated before work is performed.

4. Remote Support

Remote guidance depends on the information, video, measurements and access provided by the customer. The customer remains responsible for site safety, qualified personnel, lockout/tagout and determining whether a requested check can be performed safely. Branin Automation may stop remote troubleshooting and recommend onsite service whenever conditions cannot be verified or safely addressed remotely.

5. Product Information and Compatibility

Product descriptions, specifications, photographs and literature are provided for general reference and may change without notice. Replacement parts, controls, scales, safety systems and other products must be verified for the specific machine, application, electrical configuration, mounting arrangement and operating requirements.

References to third-party manufacturers or model names describe supported equipment or potential replacement applications and do not imply ownership, endorsement or universal interchangeability.

6. Quotations, Orders and Warranty

Website forms and communications are requests for information or quotation and do not create a binding order. Pricing, scope, delivery, installation, exclusions, payment terms, warranty coverage and other obligations are established only in an accepted written quotation, purchase order, sales agreement or service agreement.

Warranty obligations are limited to the written terms applicable to the specific product or project. Website statements do not expand or replace manufacturer or Branin Automation warranty terms.
