Machine Architecture

CNC Synchronized Hydraulics

Independent Y1 and Y2 ram-axis control provides accurate, repeatable positioning throughout the bending cycle. Linear-scale feedback continuously monitors ram position, while proportional hydraulic control maintains synchronization and forming consistency across the full working length.

Each hydraulic configuration can be engineered around the selected machine capacity, tooling, production requirements and level of automation.

  • Independent Y1 and Y2 axis synchronization
  • High-resolution linear-scale position feedback
  • Proportional hydraulic control
  • Accurate and repeatable ram positioning
  • Application-specific hydraulic configuration
  • Compatible with advanced CNC control options

Backgauge Configurations

From Straightforward Positioning to Complex Part Control

The Premium Series brochure lists backgauge arrangements ranging from a basic X-axis system through independent multi-axis configurations. The correct layout depends on part geometry, flange sequence and production goals.

2 AxisX, R

Depth positioning with vertical gauge adjustment.

4 AxisX, R, Z1, Z2

Independent lateral finger positioning for varied part widths.

5 AxisX, X', R, Z1, Z2

Independent depth capability for tapered or asymmetric parts.

6 AxisX1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2

Highly configurable independent positioning on specific applications.
